-The rate is very cheap for a spacious 1 bedroom -The Reception is helpful.They gave us late check out.
- Deserted area, Metro station is little far from the place. you need to take taxi to reach metro station (only 10 AED) -Difficulty to get the taxi from near the hotel.

1.Cockroaches in the room. 2.That I was still put in that room with the hotel staff knowing about the problem. 3.The shower was very bad. Hardly any water pressure. New shower head and tube needed. 4. Being woken up 1.5 hours before I should have been to leave the room at the agreed time of 1pm when I arrived from a late international flight at 4.45am. I was in the toilet the first time reception called and the second time I was still sleeping.

Please do not stay at Richmond Hotel Apartments, even if they offer you to stay for free. The location is good, although the metro station is not close by, but the rooms are worse. I have never seen such dingy and dirty rooms. The curtains were unironed, and one room had 2 curtains of different colours. The window glasses were broken, rooms were full of cigarette smell although we had specifically requested for non-smoking rooms. We reached the hotel at midnight and I saw 6 rooms before I could get a room where I could spend the night, as we had no other option. The next day morning I shifted out from the hotel, as I had to spend 4 more nights in Dubai. IF YOU GO BY MY REVIEWS, KINDLY NEVER STAY IN RICHMOND HOTEL APARTMENTS AND IF YOU STAY, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK

Air conditioning of the room was bad . It wasnt cooling and the furniture was old
